Ingredients:
1 cup tomato sauce
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T vinegar
1 t liquid smoke
3 pkts Splenda
Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for 10 min.
Total: 23 carbs (20 NET carbs)
Makes 16 T (1 cup) at 1.2 carbs each.
