12 oz chicken breasts
1/4 c soy flour
1 T oil
1 T butter
1 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c 5 Brothers Alfredo Sauce
Mix spices with flour and drip chicken. Sauté in oil and butter until done and remove from pan. Add a little butter and sauté mushrooms. Stir in Alfredo sauce and stir until warm. Serve over chicken.

1 cup chicken broth
salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning
thickener (guar gum or notStarch)
HASH
2 T butter
1 med onion, chopped (14)

1-2 cups diced cooked chicken
