1/2 lb ground beef, cooked
1/2 c mushrooms
1 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp mayo
2 oz cheddar
1/2 bag frozen cauliflower
Preheat oven 350F. Spoon cauliflower into 9×13 pan. Sauté beef with mushrooms and garlic. Stir in mayo, s&p. Spoon over cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese over and bake 20 min.
Serves 2 at 5 carb (3 NET carbs).
